Drone Surveys for Large Properties & Commercial Buildings
For large homes, multi-storey buildings, blocks of flats, warehouses, schools, care homes, and industrial facilities, we run drone surveys to quote accurately - without the cost of scaffolding or cherry-picker access.
A drone inspects roof tiles, render, cladding panels, gutter lines, parapet detailing, and chimney work from every angle in 30–60 minutes. We capture high-resolution stills and 4K video and share them alongside your written quote. Hidden problems such as slipped tiles, blocked downpipes, damaged flashing, render cracks behind a chimney, or lichen on the back elevation are visible before anyone sets foot on site.

When scaffolding or cherry-picker access would be expensive, slow, or unnecessary - typically anything over two storeys, complex roof shapes, or commercial buildings.
A few photos are enough
For smaller jobs - a single-storey patio clean, a semi-detached gutter clean - a few phone photos on WhatsApp remain the fastest path to a quote.
